The first offering by Minneapolis indie band Gayngs, is more of an experience than an album. The band consists of 23 musicians and this is a project for which the songs on the album were purposely written at 69 BPM, the standard tempo of a typical soft rock tune. The band already seems to have earned some friends in high places and the record is being heralded as one of the best of 2010.
