    Wildly different then the rest of their catalog, the first Rush album is a straight ahead rock affair. Featuring John Rutsy on drums (his only appearance with the band), this album owes more to Cream, The Who, and Led Zeppelin than to Yes and ELP. The musicianship that they would be come know for is present and the song selection is fun. Only two songs from this record, "Working Man" and "Finding My Way" are still regularly featured live. A great album by a great band.
