More bands need to incorporate banjos. Seriously. This album is amazing.

To say this album contains some bluegrass would be a misstatement that many writers have made. There is some banjo, but the real driving genre is some sort of mix between folk and indie rock.

The album is full of good solid songs. There is probably only one that I'm not a huge fan of.

I adore this album for numerous reasons. Not only is it a great listen all the way through, but it gives notice to an amazing musical act that much deserves the attention. Not only has this album gotta Mumford & Sons notice, but it has introduced such a wonderful sound to the masses that might not have been into such indie/folk-ish type music. All sorts of people have come to respect this album and what it offers. So good.

Such great melodies, beautiful lyrics and more importantly, just damn interesting to listen to. Its not your average band/group and they dont do your average style of music, but that is the beauty of it.

A fresh break from the heavily processed "music" seen on the charts. Some moments feel a bit over-earnest, but still a stellar LP.
