It reached #1 on iTunes

    This song is extremely powerful. I believe its a anthem for all those people who need distress help and its telling them that they are going to be okay just stay strong. I love the way that demi chose to do the original version and not the second that is not that powerful. With the original version you can hear her voice not her singing voice voice but her real voice telling the world that shes screaming for a cry of help. I love the way how the music video is its not at all hypocritical since she is not wearing much make up and theres no glamour at all just her it shows the real Demi Lovato not the fake one the real demi the one that went through distress that sang in this that those tears running down the cheeks are from not the fake one the real girl that has a passion for music and just pours her emotion into her music AND she won Choice Summer Song for Skyscraper!!! Now that is when you know there is a fantastic and great artist out there and her name is... Demetria Lovato <3

    Buying Skyscraper was the best 99 cents I have ever spent, it is so inspirational and it really speaks to me. I can relate to Demi's insecurities she felt as she experienced life. I think Demi is really brave, as she dares to open up to the public about her fears and personal struggles, and was brave enough to admit that yes, she needed help, and admitted herself into a treatment centre. It is a really powerful song as Demi sings about her feelings, and puts across a message saying that recovery IS possible.
