    On this day in history, 18 years ago, Weezer's debut, self-titled album hit the shelves. Lovingly known as the blue album. This was so highly anticipated as i worked in a music store at the time and we played the 'promo' copy every single day i worked and had to tell everyone else to come back on Tuesday the 10th. Good times. This album still holds up as one of the best of the 90s to date.
