    Nominated for over 10 Tony Awards in 2004, Wicked is probably the best musical to date for families, women, children, and musical lovers alike. The story follows Elphaba's story of how she became the "Wicked Witch of the West" and the how 2 friends became closer than ever.
    
    I love this musical to death and there is nothing more exhilarating then watching this musical with my friends and family. The costumes are rich, the characters are well developed, and the storyline is far from your typical "Wizard of Oz" show. The world that Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman is far from what you would it expect and it stays true to the book :-). Go see it while it is still on tour across the nation.

    Wicked was the very first musical I ever saw, and it's still my favorite. The cast recording is great. The songs are catchy and I love how Kristin and Idina sound together.
