Ms. Ross stared in the 1999 ABC Television Movie"Double Platinum,"and emotional story of a mother-daughter relationship. Her co-star is the singer/actress Brandy. youtu.be/x0C7GeNxJ-U youtu.be/7XBmwR3vabQ youtu.be/X7rTUnimQ-g youtu.be/tNKyPSiJUUU I was on hiatus from Ms.Ross during the making of this film.I only done a few tours with her that she was already commented to and she could not let down the fans. The story begins with a scene featuring star singer Olivia King (Diana Ross) leaving her daughter Kayla, who was an infant Kayla (Brandy) attends a concert featuring Olivia, not knowing at the time that the singer is her mother. When Olivia breaks the news to Kayla, she suddenly shows resentment towards Olivia from the fact that she had been abandoned many years ago.Olivia tries to form a relationship with Kayla, and the young star reluctantly agrees.Kayla decides to become a superstar, just like her mother.Soon, she signs a record deal, and records an album.
