And, having had a rough week and a really rotten day Friday, and making sure to keep things in perspective as I always try to do, you just *really* put things into focus. Facing a layoff in the next week or so from a long-term Federal contract and worrying about my staff as much as myself (a few of them more), being stuck in horrific traffic for almost 10 hours and missing my husband's banquet and his keynote speech, being involved in a fender bender supreme - all in one day - it's nothing in the big picture. All fleeting. You've faced down the real stuff and stay engaged and think you're a very cool and special person. Those in your life are lucky to have you and I'm happy that you have this news to let you look forward without concern. Whether I follow my own advice every day (I don't), now I'm sure it will feel a little different to "Seize the day." Enjoy your time and the opportunity to continue making people happy -
