"I yam what I yam and that's all that I yam!" ~ Popeye (So take it or leave it!!!) Feel free to ask me anything you would like to know. I'm not sure what to put in this bio. I'm happily married and have been since November 1, 2003. One day, I'd love to be a mother. For now, I spoil my friends' kids! :) One day, my dream is to own and operate my own restaurant. I'm working on putting together a cookbook of family and personal recipes. Will I publish it? Perhaps on a small scale and see how it does. Who knows. I'm an open book so feel free to ask me anything you'd like to know!
