I am a Army Veteran and defender of our Country. Since I returned home and healed my injuries, I helped Coach Palm Beach Gardens High School Football team to a 6a State Championship in 2005. Got bored of just going to the gym and found LaVallees Black Belt Champions(a Mixed Martial Arts Do-Jo). My life completely changed. It was not easy and is not easy, but the juice is worth the squeeze. The military doctors told me I would never walk without crutches again. I have won three Silver and a Bronze medal at the NAGA (North American Grappling Association). The Florida Championship, and the NAGA World Cup, U.S Open (twice). I am involved in College and training. That's my thing. I used to be into all that OTHER crap, and I am just over it. I choose to have a small circl
