I just ordered some cleansing conditioner from Sally's beauty supply. I can't wait to try ti out. It's supposed to be on par with Wen, but it's MUCH cheaper!

This is the closest I could get to organic cosmetics. BTW I just bought some great natural mineral make-up from ELF. They list all of the ingredients on the product description page. $3-$5 per item!

I think some people can mistake effort to improve your body as a superficial task. I feel that the essence of this show is not really weight loss, it is self empowerment. Losing weight doesn't solve all of your problems, but proving you have the ability to change is the first step. It's amazing how 1 change in your life can lead to so many others. For me, this show is about people renewing their own faith in themselves... I'm wondering, has the show inspired any of you to live a healthier lifestyle?

I like New Year's. My only gripe is that New Years resolutions tend to give the impression that commitment to self improvement is an annual event (which most of us never quite achieve).
