Mindfulness meditation really DOES work. I practice it every day. "Wherever you go there you are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn is a great book to get started with if you're curious.

John O @relitaliano I do not, but I do find relaxation-meditation very helpful in coping with the stresses of daily life and hope you will too. Another good author on this topic is Herbert Benson, by the way. He wrote a book called "The Relaxation Response" that describes the basic deep breathing technique and he's written a series of other similar books on the topic. I hope you find it helpful.
