sister is making crockpot ribs :) i think i whined enough.

Estella @miriam_k_duncan my sister cooked them for about 4 hrs (no temperature selection on her crockpot - she just set it to cook for about 4 hrs) after putting a dry rub on them. It turns into a wet rib recipe with all the juices and you can add your favorite sauce during or after cooking. comes off the bone easily.

Ted @gwen_takahashi Nope. Gonna get up and assemble chicken and veggie shish-kebab and grill it on my Weber with some pineapple. And I think I'll either grill Garlic potatoes or steam some jasmine rice.

Ribs were ok smothered in BBQ. Think to hide the quality of the meat. Waitress was great prices a little steep for the quality but all in all not bad.

At the station house in Llewelyn trying the ribs. Small quiet place so far service is good waitress is pleasant and attentive.
