                Amelia Gonzalez Gil @kristine_de_leon . To me, dieting is synonym of eating with moderation. Some people manage to do it instinctively, but unfortunately for me, if I don't count calories and follow my instincts, I end putting on weight :'(

                _PAMheart part of the problem is the American food mentality. it's hard to eat in moderation when there is an overabundance of food.
