Either way he didn't get very far as officers tasered him. Samantha Koenig's body was recovered from an icy river on April 2nd. Unfortunately the state of Alaska has no death penalty but prosecutors have said the crime of kidnapping and killing carries that potential under federal law. Assistant U.S. Attorney Kevin Feldis said Thursday no decision has been made on whether to seek the death penalty in the Ms.Keyes' case. Either way, he will burn in hell for his crimes!
