My mom is 68 days sober!!! I'm so happy. we both understand that this is a life long battle to face, but she can do it. For the first time in my life I can say I'm really proud she's my mother. It's so nice to be able to go do things with her and not be embarrassed about the way she's acting. My relationship with her has never been so good. As a reward, we're spending the day out shopping with the family & going out to dinner.

Guess I'll call the hospital in 5-6 hours. She needs to wait thru ER and be admitted to5N where she always ends up before they make any decisions any way.

If you get a DUI I will not bail you. If you get cirrhosis because of your drinking I will not take care of you. Truth is, Sometimes LOVE REALLY ISN'T ENOUGH.
