This is a great formula for people who are stressed (everyone should take this ;-) , drink coffee/stimulants, smoke cigarettes, and anxiety disorders (overworked adrenal glands). The herbs in this formula are "Adaptogens"..ie. return the body to a balanced state!! Highly Recommend!!
