ATTN PITBULL LOVERS: Pls vote 4 Bodacious, my friend's therapy dog, In the Hero Dog Awards (Contest): bit.ly/IMra4I. Bodacious delivers kisses, smiles, hope & peace which never cease to turn a frown upside down. She also has an endless amount of love & compassion that she spreads around from patient 2 patient during her visits 2 the hospice, oncology, pediatrics, radiation/transfusion, & transitional care ward at the hospital! She also makes her rounds at a few public libraries & schools where she helps the children read! In addition, she has a knack 4 helping those in need; From educating people about her breed, raising money 4 fighting cancer, helping others to overcome their cynophobia or fear of dogs, assisting those w/PTSD to working w/a Brownies troop 2 earn a patch, Bodacious has patience & understanding that u simply cannot match! Today, she's currently in 5th place but I'd love 2 see her or any APBT come in 1st so pls vote every day & share! Many thanks 2 those who do!

I can always tell when Remy was bad, when I walk in the door Red comes over to me with his head hanging like he's saying "She did it again Mommy!"

I think Red & Remy have a little cat in them...they can lie around for hours doing nothing, Red loves chasing laser lights, and they come over and nudge my hand when they want attention

Our dog has been sick so I'm keeping an eye on him this weekend...

Remy finally chewed something all over the bed that I can't clean....charcoal....great, at least there won't be any gas tonight!

I really would have never thought I would hurt so much after losing Faith, my pitbull mix. She was a real sweetheart to all our family, friends, and visitors. A great dog. Its been two weeks since we had to put her to sleep. 12 years of joy, love, loyalty, comfort, and safety went by quick. I can recall how small she was when I rescued her. She fit perfectly in my arm. As I shifted gears her head bobbed as she was lying down on the bench seat in my truck. The cancer took over and she had stopped eating for three days. My wife and I had to make the toughest decision we have ever faced to put her to sleep. She was that loyal and faithful trying to cling on to every last bit of life to be with us. Her last days I carried her up and down the stairs from our bedroom to hang out in the backyard or our living room. My wife and I still can believe she's gone. We lost our angel here on earth. Only pet parents could understand how much our dogs mean to us. Goodbye our beautiful old friend, we...
