"The sale of cannabis is illegal, yet coffee shops are tolerated in their sale of cannabis, if they adhere to certain criteria: no advertising, no sale of hard drugs, not selling to persons under the age of 18, not causing public nuisance and not selling more than 5 grams per transaction"
On certain occasions if you can get there you pay $100 to sample everything. Saw the special on the history channel. LOL

FanI loved wandering around this city. The Oudekerk (old church) is a modern art museum. When I went in 2006, there was a woman auctioning herself to be married as concept art.
