Jam_i209 @kittyginameow They're also very yummy when sauteed in butter, sprinkled w/ a little pepper (maybe a lil salt). Then when done cooking add a little lemon zest & lemon juice & enjoy ;)

Heck yeah! I thought dinner was going to be a battle tonight. I served Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, & asparagus. All new foods to my son. He doesn't care for the sauce on the meatballs but... more

Summer is addicted to Glue We've figured out he will eat the meatballs, the noodles w/o any sauce and he's on his second helping of asparagus. Love my kid eats the weird veggies like his & brussel sprouts, but gives me trouble with corn. LOL

Piera I do what Shae does - grill or roast them in oil. Butter is also yummy, but I use oils as it's healthier. I choose the flavor of oil according to mood or to match with whatever else I'm eating. Sometimes I steam the tips, blanch them with salt and lemon and serve on top of rice or pasta. mmmmm
