Serious awesomeness today. :) Got up at 730am, set out boxes for donation pick up, rearranged my bedroom, folded laundry and put it away, cleaned the kitchen, started up the dehydrator again... more

Estella @nomartha That's a great idea! I'll put that on my list to get - I do love beef jerky. :) I'm glad you are in the mood to make jerky now! Feel free to send me any tips, I can use them. I just got my dehydrator on Thursday.

Stephanie You might want to buy a dehydrator book or check one out from your library to copy recipes from. When making beef jerky, make sure you have enough trays. I have a dozen. You need to turn the meat every couple of hours as it might stick to the trays and I like to take it out and pat it dry of any fat residue. -
