Jay I used to have an account too a few years ago, and same thing happened to me too, kept taking out money for fees I didn't know about and everything else, money kept coming up missing, etc. It really doesn't make any sense how they do shit, and never seen another bank personally do business like they do it.

Damon To hell with BoA; that was a crass money-grab, there; and folks in my very own family are leaving that bank because of this. They are outta control, and it wouldn't sadden me in the least if this caused it to go straight out of business. -
Sara but it probably won't seeing as it has Warren Buffet's backing. But yeah, I'm already looking at other options. No way am I going to be charged $60/year to access my money. Idiots... and they thought people would just sit and take it. But the site being down pisses me off. Other than rent I pay everything through their online bill pay. So annoying!!!!
