Went into B&N tonight to buy a book and spent 20 minutes to find it. I finally gave up and went up to the customer service booth to get help. Then I spent another 15 standing in line waiting while the employee helped someone on the phone. I mean REALLY! I got in the car and drove down there the least they could do is have someone available to help live people!!!! Needless to say I left with no book!
