No belly dancing class today. This makes me sad :(

Gonna go buy myself a jingly scarf as motivation to continue going. It's a great workout and it forces me to pay attention to parts of my body I've ignored for years.

This week we have a new belly dance move. Yea, if I attempt this and nobody hears from me for a week, send help. Lots of help......with some kick ass drugs.

I love the dance moves and it is easy to do, just takes lots of practice.

Damn right! I love me some belly dancing. I'm almost getting good at it. Maybe i should take a class, nah, I've DVD's I can rewind it is a great form of full body exercise. So is almost all dancing
