Steamed broccoli and jasmine rice is done. I was given at least 5 lbs. of the stuff. I'm eating so healthy. :D

Pulled it right out the crisper and ate it like an apple! :D

well wonders do happen....my husband made broccoli soup...yummie

You know those almost flowered out side stalks on the broccoli plants? I made a most excellent soup out of the last of the winter broccoli from the garden today. Yum!

cooked some in chicken broth, will puree tomorrow afternoon for a good cream of broccoli soup...
