              Been playing Leela, but not so much the meditation as the play part. Supposed to help align chakra's regardless.

              A person should meditate one minute per of age. Example, I'm 35 so I should meditate 35 minutes a day. It's just good for you. :)

Shamatha (Sanskrit) or shyine (Tibetan) is the state of non-distraction, peaceful resting, or cooling down from a state of mental, emotional, and sensory excitement (“chillaxing”) and resting stably there in that state.

              What meditation is NOT:
               “Blissing out”
               Striving for peace, clarity, or joy
               A way of stopping thoughts
               A means of emptying the mind
               Spacing out
               Avoiding or escaping reality
               Daydreaming
               Self-absorption
               Selfish
