Today is National Caramel Day. (Sounds good to me!)

I just made a batch of fleur de sel chocolate caramels. They are cooling now. I can't wait to try one.

Highly recommend the little caramel drops sold the the register at Chop't. There's a bit of sea salt inside. Heaven in cellophane.
