Ummm, Emeril made that as a healthy decision for the Military today. I just ate a piece from Naturalyy Delicious eventhough I love my home baked recipe. I also like a Caribbean Carrot Cake.

Your anti-carrot cake makes your being in the has-good-taste category questionable, albeit I'm all-in on the chocolate variety... especially the very rich, moist kind (preferably still warm) with large scoops of vanilla ice cream on top... can I get a "Hell Yeah!" people? -
