Every Friday I have cheese fries with bacon & extra cheese. They're deep fried, then placed in a deep dish pan, covered with cheese & chopped bacon & baked in a pizza oven. It's enough to count as meal unto itself, but I usually grab a slice or 2 to refresh the palate between mouth-stuffs. It's good that I'm an active Darklord or I'd be overweight, like something fierce.

Also called Disco Fries at area diners, smother them with brown gravy and either american or mozzarella cheese, so goooodddd!!!

We call them Disco fries....had them last night at 3am, they were so good, I am still thinking about them ;)
