Jackie Becker I have a feeling a lot of companies switched the quality of ingredients to lesser ones. Adding soy protein or oil, replacing real sugar etc. Like when new coke came out then we got coke classic; it is said this is because they purposely did this do the consumer wouldn't notice the switch from the sugar in the original coke recipe to high fructose corn syrup in coke classic. Around Passover you can still find regular sugar in coke if you by the two liters with the yellow cap. -

Jackie Becker But here's the thing, those replacements don't necessarily make the food healthier (even though soy is a big health buzz word, processed soy loses a lot of its beneficial properties plus then they add an ingredient that is a very common allergen so they will actually lose $$ in the long run because many will have to avoid it) - just makes it cheaper for the company to produce.

Chelle "I'd rather beg for forgivness than ask permission!" Omg you guys! Too funny!! My son just went in the kitchen and ate the other can...not knowing what I ate!! It is a sad state of affairs I'm afraid! : / Sara he will eat other types, but usually I just but the ravioli and he likes the Chili Mac.
