I was at a Chili's in Monterrey, a few weeks ago. It wasn't on the menu, but Chicken Fried Chicken was. I found it interesting that in Mexico its "chicken fried" but here its "country fried". Made me smile to myself..'cause I can't stand the term "country fried" makes it sound like you're trying to make food PC. Food needs to just be food...delicious too, food needs to be food and delicious.
