Chorizo is a Mexican food (sausage), and it is probably quite different here than in places like Spain as I am reading it in the description. It is usually made with eggs and served with beans and potatoes. I love it, but I am also particular about it...some chorizo sausage is too strong for my stomach...most pork dishes are. Here, I like to eat beef chorizo rather than pork chorizo. I'm also getting hungry now.

Never had it like this, but love it with some scrambled eggs, cheese and hash browns - on a plate or in a breakfast burrito smothered in hot sauce. Can I get a YUM?
