Rhonda Thomas Almarode You're right...it's tough. The 6 days a week commitment is the hardest thing part though. You can't slack up. I did it last year through week 5 when I had to quit because I injured my elbow to the point of having to have injections in it. When it healed I had sort of lost my motivation. I want to restart at some point but I've become a major couch potato. I need to do some kind of something to ease into it because it's not for pussies. -
Chris Brinkman Oh does it just start hardcore on day one? They don't ease you into it. Or just kick your ass right from the beginning. I see it comes with some kind of meal planner. That's where I would struggle probably. -
Rhonda Thomas Almarode It's intense. Just the warm up for the actual workout is pretty rough. You so various workouts on different days for 4 weeks. Week 5 is Recovery Week to give your body somewhat of a break to get ready for the Max workouts...which are longer and harder. I never got to the Max ones but people say they will kick your ass. Yes there's a meal planner. It's basically a high protein low carb diet like South Beach. If you are willing to commit to doing it every single day you are supposed to for 9 weeks, I say go for it. My guy friend who finished it saw huge results in weight loss and definition.
