I had delicious vegan cookies yesterday at The Loving Cafe. Strawberry raisin, mmm. The Chocolate chip ones were my favorite. ^_^

Mel ~ the Smiling Grenade Anytime! I'm a cookie fiend. Love finding new kinds to try and make. Those were hands down the best vegan cookies I've ever had. ^_^

It's my own recipe, but it's basically this recipe with a cup each of any add-in you want plus 2 sticks for the butter and additional vanilla & spices like nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice: www.quakeroats.com/cooking-and-recipes/content/recipes/recipe-detail Even people who don't like coconut like the cookies. I added a cup of shredded carrots one time too, so they were carrot cake cookies. =)

No time to bake during the work week, but I can next weekend! I have to tell you, I've been gone all day taking my 16 yr old nephew out to eat & to the movies, (he has Asperger's & needs a lot of one on one attention, so I try to help out my sister), & just now got back to my laptop, saw YOUR reply out of dozens of others, but I had to reply here 1st! hehe, you see where my true addiction is, cookies! >;-) -
