Just having all sorts of random thoughts about the Red Wings off season and what's in store. More than a couple of big decisions on the horizon.

So I fell asleep last night at 9p and found out today that Red Wings are out. Guess the writing was on the wall at end of season.

I'm looking forward to what the off season holds. The team, as great as they have been and are capable of being is in need of something. Probably some size, scoring and overall grit. Even being outmatched physically in this series there were only a couple of bounces away from being in a totally different position, but another year older for some of our veterans will obviously necessitate change. Was a fun regular season, playoffs ended too soon. As always, Let's Go Red Wings!

Oh well, it was a great season. Still my favorite team. Can't wait for next season!

Tomorrow I will still dawn the Winged wheel proudly and wait until next september.

Sad way to end the series and the season. I have a feelings some significant changes are in store.

Disappointed but not surprised after the last month or two of play. It's been great "watching" the games with everyone. See everyone in October when the madness starts all over again.

My Nhl playoff dreams are being crushed. Wings losing, Penguins coming back on the series against Philly.
