36 this morning = very sleepy now! It wasn't like this when I was a kid - or maybe it's because I was usually high as a kid - at any rate, in my old age, super low almost always = nap.

Ripped pump out in sleep. So high. So sick. And nearly out of insulin...not good.

Rachel Waldrop Me too. And the last few CDEs ive come into contact with knew about as much as a box of rocks. In my 15 years of being a T1 probably only three of the CDEs ive ever met at the dr, camp, siminars, etc. Had a clue. Really sad.

Samantha Scrivner My current endocrinologist is WONDERFUL! And the CDE she sent me to was great. I actually learned things that I hadn't before. I have had it for almost 30 years (basically my whole life lol) and she is the first dr I have had to get things right. It makes a big difference. I am so shocked at what a crappy doctor my last one was (but he was - at the time - the only one to accept my insurance) Good AND understanding care is no joke. Definitely a blessing!

Child's bloods have come down to 19.4 she still has traces plus1 of ketones. She's fell asleep, love her so much xxx

I won't be checking in here every time I think about it. As someone WITH type 1 diabetes I'd be checking in upwards of 20 times a day, at least.

Hate it when ur body decides to fail u when ur sugars run high NOT :(. It's like it forgets to walk rite or do anything rite and then makes u pass out with a restless sleep lol.
