Got back to using my tablet after four month. I really did miss the ease of being able to erase with no eraser marks! (Especially after working with conté for ages >_<)

no more playing around otherwise I will be an ever poorer artist than I already am!

Thanks to the wonder of technology there is now digital painting/art. Artists often feel strongly about this subject with the usual for and against arguments.

Being an artist(oil, acrylic and pastels) I was totally against the whole digital art and painting concept. I thought it was the "easy way" of doing art with programs such as Corel Painter, Photoshop, Artrage etc. I am the first to admit I was very wrong.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, I continued to do my art but once it attacked my hands it became harder and harder because of the pain and the deformity in my hands. I stopped doing any type of art at all hence causing me to spiral into depression. 

It is when talking online to a fellow artist whilst admiring one of her "watercolor paintings" that I found that she had painted it with a digital art program. I looked into it further and decided to give it a try! Due to 
my arthritis I bought myself an IPad because the keyboard was getting too...

I am so glad that I live in the time of Digital art otherwise I would not longer be able to do any type of art due to my arthritis.

I am seriously going to do some art now

Instead of thinking about it, I should be getting some done!
