I've only been to two Cons, Comic-Con and Dragon-Con. Of the two I enjoyed Dragon Con the most but disliked where it was at. I didn't care for Comic-Con and thought it was poorly organized but liked San Diego. I think I would prefer to go to Dragon Con again.
