Enjoying nog made with coconut milk instead of dairy (or egg) Better than dairy actually- thicker & richer. It was even a hit with my dairy drinking friends :)

Right now I'm enjoying my LAST cup of coffee with eggnog in it for the season. Here's to a happy and prosperous 2012!

Bought some last night. Had a little glass with some Christmas cookie. Might do the same tonight. I wouldn't know how to make it, so I just buy it from the store. Our local dairy makes wonderful eggnog. I usually drink it virgin, but I put a little rum or brandy in sometimes.

Dream I was making Eggnog French Toast for me and my grandmother, so I got up and made some!
