Using this as a tool to quitting smoking. Starting with BLU an using 14MG. Can't wait to work my way down to 0MG!! Day two and haven't had a "real" cigarette! No tar in my lungs!!

Xanadu Do these things really help? My father has smoked 2 packs a day for 44 years. I bought him an E-cig and he said that the cartridge made him dizzy. -
Cheryl Anderson You can get a variety of nicotine ml. Mom is a 4 pck day smoker. When she vapes she cuts down to a pack a day. I'm more recreational vaper. Quit smoking cold turkey 13 years ago only smoking a few cigs here or there curious abt brand. Has helped mom cut down a lot.

Cheryl Anderson Moms ml is equal to 2 packs at 24 ml. There is 18 ml and less. Even 0 ml.
