Free food from the culinary lab across the hall makes a Friday 8am class tolerable!

Cause I won't be eating real food again today til after work, I am cooking now.

Oh yeah... Gotta run and pick up a few grocery items for this extended weekend.

Nothing like knowing how to make one Tbone feed 3 people. Cooked rare, with broccoli so nice that some people want to drink the oil dressing. This entree a hit. Now to cook sardines
