Just trimmed and cubed the flat iron steaks and cut the onions so the wife can cook the goulash tomorrow.

I cooked a double batch on the stove and it's being kept warm in the crockpot for a potluck tonight. I'm taking shredded cheddar in case people want it cheesy.

Made some goulash today....been wanting some for the past 3 days but due to always working I couldn't. I'm off today from both jobs.....but have a headache.
