Join us as we celebrate release of a TRULY SPECIAL Graphic Novel / Art Project, DAMES IN THE ATOMIC AGE, with creator Chris Ryder, and all of the artists involved in this awesome project, including: Marc Sandroni, Mike Vosburg, Tone Rodriguez, Andy Suriano, Tony Fleecs, Chris Moreno, Mark Dos Santos and Rahsan Ekedal.

The event will be a 1940s noir/sci-fi Costume Party / Contest (with an amazing prize for the best costume, a jam piece by the artists involved), FREE BOOZE, Custom Label DAMES IN THE ATOMIC AGE Cigars, Music, Movies and a ton of Retro FUN.

Checked out 3: Tintin In the Land of the Soviets, Lenore Wedgies, & A Dangerous Woman- The Graphic Biography of Emma Goldman. Guess I really checked out 1 graphic novel & 2 comic books...

Just finished reading a graphic novel I will be doing a review on and I'm so glad it was a good one. It's called Slashers 101. I'll post the review with a link when I'm finished.

Really the only way I can get the hubs-to-be to take interest in what I read..

I can't wait to dive into the stack I want to read these next few months! Over 20 so far, and I still have a long way to go to get caught up on Spider-Man.
