GuruGeez, GG deleted the List of Green Lanterns page and moved my review here, deleting my real review for Green Lantern in the process. Thank Oa for backups.
-
Cristina* "Soulmates" Jeeez why are they deleting the list pages* -
ERICK @amyacidburn I don't know, but I wish they would JUST DELETE it, without moving the review for the wrong page, deleting the real (and usually better) review on the way. -
Cristina* "Soulmates" It seems to me that an active user that is also a guru of some pages have to work there so that the person knows how to do things without messing the reviews*

FanReading the New 52 Green Lantern #1-#4... I have the "teardrop misprint". Sinestro! Ready for this after reading the Sinestro Corps War!
-
Christopher Bohne' OMG! #3... Jordan?! -
Christopher Bohne' Sinestro's power is unreal... I never noticed other Lanterns being able to rip open spacetime & get their batteries or create deputy rings... freakin' nuts! How did the ring find Sinestro after Mogo died? Thought Mogo guided the rings? -
Christopher Bohne' This Sinestro Saga... 1st arc of the new Volume is pretty killer! Always liked Sinestro as a villain... He can be an amazing anti-hero, or turncoat... How could he forget the "Alley Rat" or all his humiliations at the hands of Hal Jordan?

GuruGREEN LANTERN: THE ANIMATED SERIES #0 Preview - bit.ly/ungfhw
Looking great! Am I the only one who would like the show better if it looked like that, hand-drawn?
-
Henry (Kryloninja) @ERICK you, like the more hand drawn style?. It would be nice if they made a DVD, like the Matrix animated where diffrent artist's showcase their vision. But I'm liking the GL animated series alot. -
ERICK @Darth_Twinkie I'm liking it a lot too, even though the 3D bugs me sometimes... I'd love it more if the show was on Bruce Timm's classic style. However this is a minor issue, I loved the characterization and the writing; it's a great show like everything produced by Bruce Timm.

Green Lantern #1 (New 52) - I'm have never been a fan of this series, and have always thought that GL comics were really obtuse. But I'm giving it another go because of the easy jump on point and the... more

GuruWatched the Animated Series pilot. That was a very promising start, I'm definitely hooked. I loved the characterization, the overall tone of the show and above all, to see Atrocitus and the Red... more

Fidel J. I agree with you on all your points, it was a good start, and although I am not digging the CG completely, it's not a problem, as the characters are portrayed really well. Maybe these folk shoulda made the Green Lantern movie. ;) -
ERICK Heh, That's what I always say! Warner has Bruce Timm under their payroll and they keep struggling to find people who really "get" those characters on the big screen. Meanwhile, Timm keeps delivering one awesome animated movie after the other for the Home Video releases. They should stop and think a little, heheh.
