Had a big bowl Yummy

with applewood smoked sea salt and feta. Nom nom nom...

Home-cooked sutherrrn-GRITS, from scratch, bacon, eggs, & pita toast is what's cookin'-at-my-house, this murntin'!!! Mmmmm...mmmm.. Thank GOD for giving me two mamas! Not only did Vera Murphy teach her lil' girl how to cook, but she taught me how to cook GOOD, CLEAN food!!!! Aaaaahhh Life is Good!!! :-)

It's crazy but at 4 in the afternoon I am going to have a bowl with cheddar cheese melted in just like grandma used to make. This is the true meaning of comfort food.
