I used Ion's brilliance purple from the new brights line. it's not totally dry yet so I can't see how it looks. this was a cheaper brand but it was more concentrated so i had to use more since it wasn't getting all the hair I wanted it to cover with the way I do it. if I didn't have to use extra the smaller tubes (instead of the manic panic or punky jars, which are also bigger) might have been fine but i used more than half a 2 oz tube for just the ends of my hair.

Getting a haircut and my stylist wants to try Ombré highlights on me. Little nervous, but excited!
