Caline Lucas ( still a 49er fan ;] ) Great food list :-) my weak points are the water and running every day, everything else is easy-peezy. I probably drink 24 oz of water and same of tea/coffee. Run average of 3x a week. I refuse to wake up earlier than I already do now (4:45 am) in order to work in my runs, and getting home before 5pm, changing, driving to park, and having enough daylight to run In is pure luck if it happens once a week. -
