              lately I have come across soo much info on so many types of diets. Some of them outrageous btw. I dont understand why people can't eat healthy, exercise and in moderation.

              Here's 10, awesome foods 4 u,I have every week 4 good health> salmon & tuna, fresh peppers,, green &bk>teas, berries,, apples, banana's, yogurt, beans>bk,red kidney, &pinto beans, ,evoo,,and 8 -8oz,of water per day ,and almonds or walnuts, I have these. Every week or day,, I feel awesome,and run 2 miles a day,and love to grill.

                Caline Lucas ( still a 49er fan ;] ) Great food list :-) my weak points are the water and running every day, everything else is easy-peezy. I probably drink 24 oz of water and same of tea/coffee. Run average of 3x a week. I refuse to wake up earlier than I already do now (4:45 am) in order to work in my runs, and getting home before 5pm, changing, driving to park, and having enough daylight to run In is pure luck if it happens once a week.

                Jeffrey Climer>0812 That real good >anyway,,some days I just go the treadmill, but I eat good & feel good, and your doing. Awesome...,am a water & teas guy,, I stay away from a lot of. Soda pops, and fast -food. Stuff.
