FanOrganic chamomile with lavender, plus a bag of peppermint, because I can. Let's see if it helps with anything, even if it's just my nerves.

Relitaliano "Always know if the juice is worth the squeeze" The Girl Next door @kaialidav "Tranquil dreams " Teavana) is a loose leaf chamomile based tea, that is quite relaxing/sedating!! Loose leaf teas are much better in strength, quality and flavor (tea bags use the "filler" or leftovers from the loose leaf teas and smaller trim leaf of a lower quality) ..Loose leaf tea might cost a little more..but you can usually make multiple steepings/brews from the same leaf/tea!!! If you try it...i would love some feedback? -
Ann Bynens For sleep: herbal for sure. Go for chamomille, linden, lavender, verbena or the likes. Avoid the mints, and those with loads of vitamin c like rosehip. Some people tend to stay awake from vitamin c.
