As the new season of Game of Thrones approaches, I find myself mourning for Khal Drogo again. I can't even tell you how much hope I held onto up until the last scene with Daenerys and the baby dragons, that somehow he would be standing with her. I knew it wasn't possible, and I know he died in the book, but I so wanted him to be alive. As I watched season one he and Daenerys became my favorite storyline to watch. It wasn't only because he was only partially dressed or the sex scenes, but I truly enjoyed the dynamic of the relationship that they developed. So as excited I am for the new season of GOT, I will still watch it and long for my Khal Drogo. Thank you Mr. Momoa for bringing Khal Drogo into my heart.
