#8 2012 (the new 52). I was actually pretty impressed. It was a tad short, but well written and drawn with excellent pacing. Worth checking out.

Reading the current JLI series. Not the greatest series ever (like the Giffen/DeMatteis/Maguire days), but I'll read anything with Booster and Guy in it!

Christopher Bohne' Holy crap. Godiva comes from 1977... the freakin SuperFriends Universe! A UN Sanctioned team. Also from that team?? GREEN FLAME & ICEMAIDEN. Don't know them? Maybe you know 'em as FIRE & ICE. Hurray for the DC Database Wiki!

It's not good that I have "Guy Gardner Days": I'm an argumentative, pessimizing dickweed... I'm I Gardner fan, though! lol! He only had a couple dates with Tora in The New52? Wonder where that'll go. The only thing Guy loved other than himself & The Corps, was Tora. How great is the interaction between Gavril & August General? And I like that they've put the Fire/Rocket Red relationship back at the very beginning... that was one of my favorite parts of GenLost.

Issue #3. This one has a lot of potential. I love the flirtation between Booster and Gadiva.

Just read JLI #1. It's a cool start, but of course not as great as Giffen's/DeMatteis's run. I hated that the classic JLI run is erased from continuity and I wonder if Ted Kord's death at the hands of Max Lord is still canon.
However, I loved Guy's, Booster's and Rocket Red's characterizations. They're awesome together and I have great hopes for this book.
